Decent hotel. We came here for our anniversary weekend from Canada and had asked for a room with a view close to market street. But we got a room with a few of the high school at the furthest end away from market street. Rooms were updated. The furnace made a racket 24/7 as well as a fan that was going in the hallway. Band was really loud but from our building you couldn't hear it. we would stay here again only for the location being convenient to Market Street.

The room was fine but breakfast was not included, which I prefer when we are traveling. The hotel is being renovated so was not as pristine as I’m sure it will be eventually. When we arrived, no one was at the desk and I ended up going to the corporate office to get help. The location is great! It is within walking distance of some nice restaurants and shops.

This place is undergoing changes since it has been bought. It does need some updating. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is within a short walking distance to Market Street which is filled with charming shops and restaurants. Parking is premium.

Room was in annex. Large nice room with 2 comfortable queens. Local music (jazz) on patio on Friday and Saturday. Had breakfast 1 day. Good food. Right next to downtown. Fairly walkable (15-20 minutes?) to Glass Museum. (Downtown has public pickup bus to museum.) Caveats: Hotel is going thru renovations in annex, and between annex and main hotel. Looks pretty disputable as you walk in - almost like garage parking with room doors and caution tape. Also everyday the security door to the annex was propped open. Safety issue as this opens to a public walkway. Asked for 1 room cleaning during stay as everything (tissues, toilet paper, soap, etc.) had not been fully stocked on arrival and ran out. Housekeeping was a no show. At front desk, we heard we were not the only ones with the issue. Front desk nice but understaffed. No pickup when you call. When you go down where there is often a line with only one staff person. Generally not an issue... until there is an issue.

The entire hotel and restaurant staff were friendly , professional and very responsive. No difficulties related to daytime re-modeling in opposite side of hotel Evening entertainment was great and enhanced our small group stay. Super location for more walking than driving to shops and local restaurants.
